FAQ
Q: Is this genuinely CRI 95, and is that different from the CRI 90 dual white models?
A: Yes, this is the highest colour rendering specification in the D series at Ra 95 on both channels, above the Ra90 rating on the other dual white full spectrum model. Specify this model when a project brief explicitly requires CRI 95 or higher.
Q: Why is the output lower than the CRI 90 full spectrum model?
A: 650-750 lm/m against 800-1100 lm/m on the Ra90 model. Pushing colour rendering from Ra90 to Ra95 typically reduces luminous efficacy — this is a standard trade-off in LED phosphor formulation, not a product defect.
Q: What applications actually require CRI 95?
A: Fine art and museum display, photography and film lighting, premium jewellery and cosmetics retail, and colour-critical inspection work are the typical applications where Ra95 is specified over Ra90 or Ra80.
Q: Does the 10mm width limit installation options compared with 8mm strips?
A: The wider profile is necessary for the full spectrum construction at this colour rendering level. Confirm channel width compatibility before specifying, particularly for narrower aluminium profile installations.
Q: What accessories are needed for installation?
A: The 3-wire OA3P and OB3P accessory range, shared with the other full spectrum dual white models in the D series — not compatible with the standard 2P single-colour accessories.
Q: What is the MOQ and lead time?
A: MOQ is 50 sets, lead time 15–21 days. Supplied on 10m reels, 50 reels per carton totalling 500m, shipped from Guangzhou or Shenzhen.
