FAQ
Q: Why is this called "full spectrum" dual white?
A: Both the 2700K and 6500K channels are rated CRI 90, delivering accurate colour rendering across the visible spectrum on either setting. Standard dual white product often achieves high CRI on only one channel, with the other noticeably lower.
Q: Why is the daylight channel brighter than the warm white channel?
A: 1100 lm/m at 6500K against 800 lm/m at 2700K reflects the different luminous efficacy of cool versus warm phosphor conversion — cooler colour temperatures typically produce more lumens per watt from the same LED. This is expected behaviour, not a fault.
Q: How does this compare with the standard 24V dual white model in the D series?
A: This full spectrum version reaches 800-1100 lm/m at CRI 90 on both channels. The standard two-wire dual white model (560 LEDs, 8mm) delivers 600-700 lm/m at the same CRI 90 rating but without the "full spectrum" three-wire architecture — a lower-output, more economical alternative.
Q: What does the 3-wire connection system mean for installation?
A: The full spectrum construction requires three conductors rather than two, so board connectors, lead wires, and transitions are all 3-pin rated. Use the OA3P-10 and OB3P-10 accessory range specifically — standard 2P accessories are not compatible with this strip.
Q: Can both channels run at partial output simultaneously?
A: This model is designed for channel selection — warm or daylight — rather than continuous blending. Select the appropriate channel for the intended use.
Q: What is the MOQ and lead time?
A: MOQ is 50 sets, lead time 15–21 days. Supplied on 10m reels, 50 reels per carton totalling 500m, shipped from Guangzhou or Shenzhen.
